Scott Matthews opened Relentless with one inspirational idea,
to cook local fish caught by his father in his own restaurant
in front of an audience in an open kitchen. The dream has now
developed into reality, Scott is pleased with the fantastic response
he has received. He puts the success down to his honest approach to sourcing local superb quality produce.
"Here at Relentless we are like no other restaurants in town. Our food is cooked in our open kitchen in front of your eyes. You can pick your own lobster out of our tank no one can beat us on freshness and quality of food. Most of our fish is caught by our own fleet of fishing boats. If we cannot catch we will buy direct from Brixton fish market".
